Since there are quite a few people out there who think Lance is GOD (and he rides a TREK), What would JESUS ride.

My understanding was the man didn't have a lot of money so probably some kind of Felt since they are a good value if they fit you.

Jesus could ride anything he wants, because he'll have huge lead coming off of the water...

Jesus didn't ride a bike, but he has been known to ride an ass.

So it'd be anyone's guess as to which one of us would be his favorite ride.

He would ride a 13 person tandem, one of those LONG tandems. And wear this shirt:

This has already been debated at "high levels" within "the church," in biking and religious circles.

The Council Of Catholic Archbishops Who Bike ("COCAB"), decided that if Jesus were alive today he would ride the wonderful sturdy and versatile, Van Dessel, "Super Fly."

Please disregard and consider all other suggestions in this thread as heretical.

That brings up another question. Would he be permitted to walk across the water or would he have to swim like us mortals?

He would turn the water in the swim into wine and the whole race would have to be cancelled to party.

He would also run the race in "jesus sandals" that weight about 4 oz. No socks, of course.

Unfortunately his robe is not aero and absorbs sweat like cotton.

Oh yeah, that's a great idea... Let's try to tell the Son of God what He can and can't do on the race course!

Think 800 lb Gorilla, dude. Anywhere he wants.

Which gives pediophiliac priests lots of of speed and manoeuverability to chase down choir boys.

Sorry if I offended, but as an ex Catholic I couldn't resist.

I don't understand the analogy. Jesus is some unemployed Israeli guy who walked around, rode a donkey and told some stories. How is it related to god? He died before the invention of the bicycle so the possibility of him riding is remote. In conclusion, this question is irrelevant and based on flawed assumptions.

Some people think that Lance is GOD. Some people think that god does not exist. Does it mean that some people think Lance does not exist? No, because the people who think that god does not exist are unlikely to state that Lance is god.
