Anyone tried different sizes of QR Superfull?

I am looking for a new suit - have been for a couple og years, but can`t find one matching my 9 year old QR in size MS.

Tried O`Niel - yuk
Tried Ironman - they suck.
Tried Orca - not to happy.

Tried a friends QR Superfull this summer. Liked it a lot, but did not fit. I am a size S at the fitting chart, and this was a S. But i found it to short on the legs, and way to long and wide in the arms. Problem is the Norwegian importer have no MS in stock, so I dont get to try it in that size.

I am 175cm, and 69kg.

Is MS a bit longer, and tighter in the arms than S??
