I just got a pair of vrestein tricomp tires. They can apparently take 145 psi. I currently have continental grand prix 3000 tires on my bike. The front tire is still in good shape, but the rear is worn down. Would there be a problem with switching out the rear only so that the vrestein is in the rear and the continental is in the front--they are both 650-23.

From a world history standpoint, it's usually not a good thing to have a German coming up behind the Dutch, in a high pressure situation.
From a cycling standpoint, let 'er rip.
