I am finally starting to recover from a bout of viral bronchitis. Is there an objective measure of when I should start training again? It's been three days since a fever and I can begin to take deep breaths without coughing, but I am still a little tired and feel I lack lung capacity. Also, should I eliminate my intense workouts for some period of time? If so, how long? Any suggestions?
