Race went well for me but it was certainly the hardest 70.3 I've ever raced... I finished as the 5th amateur female and won my AG. It will make Kona feel cool in October.

While the bike course was flat, there was very little shade and the heat caught up to me in the last 20k. The run was a slogfest. The day had warmed up to 38c by the time I started the run... and the course offered very little shade.

Holly's performance was incredibly impressive just a week after St. George and seeing how she handled the heat... she didn't hold back on the bike at all and put time into the three chasing women that were working together on the bike.

Here you go guys..This,for some, might also answer the question of going to non-English speaking international races for English speakers..

2,200 entrants from 60 countries with 1,100 from Vietnam.Triathlon is indeed booming in SE Asia.

How so?
Da Nang is a major city with an airport. Doesn't seem much harder than anywhere else.

Exactly. Two hour flight from hk
