Maybe it's me spending too much time on youtube while riding on the trainer during this lockdown, but I watched a few videos on Victor's channel and I found they were rather entertaining.

For gear-oriented STs I'd recommend starting with the GCN-style review of his TT bike. It's actually quite rare to see athletes describing their bikes and explaining the choices. Quite enjoyable IMHO and on top of that the guy has nice sense of humor.
