I just tried the VASA Erg (not the bench) for the first time today at the Ironman USA expo. It was great! I am going to get one. You guys should too. -- ok just my opinion but it was pretty cool and I think it would really help a wetsuit swim training for power and endurance when technique or kick aren't that important.
