Hi all.

I am accepting an award on the behalf of my partner and friend Michael Keiser for OMA Male Masters Athlete of the year this Saturday night in Columbus. Michael is the person that was hit by a car some months back. I am pleased to let everyone know that as of last week he is home and re-habbing well. Cincy peeps, call Rosemary. She will be needing some help over the next few weeks. I am going over tomorrow AM so she can have a break for an hour or so.

This is the speach that he wrote that I will be reading (or trying to).

Dear fellow athletes,



You can do anything that you want to do if you want it badly enough.



I could not have succeeded in my Ironman quest without the support of my family and friends.



I have a long road ahead of me, and I will be back!
