Day one overall leader DeDe Griesbauer still in the lead after day two. Any chance she hangs on for the win?

She is a strong cyclist and swimmer. Run is a "weak" link but really depends on the competition!!!
Is she the overall leader?
One of the nicest folk on the pro circuit!

Wow. The front page article really drives it home. That was total domination.

Almost 4 hours faster than the previous course record. Insane.

Given her long history as an elite swimmer, biker and triathlete it isn't really surprising that she could pull off a performace like this.To put the record into context,Steffi, who was the previous record holder is a top age group triathlete who won her age group in Malaysia this year in around 10:36 so Dede was always going to bring it to another level. She came close to posting the fastest ever Ultraman distance race by a female but missed out by just over 10 minutes.

I find her comeback after a massive crash resulting in serious injuries in 2011 to then do what she did in Florida the most impressive thing about her performance.

The beginning of the article is quite appalling actually:

After leading everyone for the first two days, Dede Griesbauer of the U.S. left the men with a shred of dignity as she finished with an overall 5th-best 8:14:12 double marathon to conclude an astonishing 22:48:31 overall time that brought her home 2nd overall at the 7th edition of Ultraman Florida.

I am a man and have been passed time and time again by women of all ages and I can for sure say that I have kept my dignity every single time ;-)
