So I was wondering whether the ultegra di2 had gear shifters on the brake levers or not. If that is the case, could i buy dura ace brake levers to be able to shift while using the brakes?

the brake levers for tt set up are dura ace numbers... as are the bar end shifters... and they all work as long as they are e tube. Ultegra or Dura ace.

There are ultegra parts for the brake di2 levers as well, not just dura-ace.
They both work fine as you mentioned.

Yes, Shimano makes them both for Ultegra (http://bike.shimano.com/...ra-di21/st-6871.html)
as well as in Dura Ace (http://www.competitivecyclist.com/...t-brake-shift-levers)
you can use either of them on your Di2
