Hello XXXXXXXXX,
As you may have seen, the United States Senate reached an agreement early this morning on a stimulus package to support businesses and industries impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
USA Triathlon has been communicating with our contacts in Congress and now that the bill has passed the Senate, we want them to hear from you before the House passes the bill. We need your help NOW to make sure we’re represented in the future allocations!
We have set up an easy-to-use platform for you to effectively and efficiently contact your respective Senators and Representatives and ensure our collective voices are heard. Sign the Multisport and Endurance Industry Petition.
As you know well, our industry has been adversely affected by COVID-19 and we will do everything in our power to help race directors and coaches, who need our support now more than ever.
We have set up an easy-to-use platform for you to effectively and efficiently contact your respective Senators and Representatives, and we urge you to take a minute to fill out the form to make a huge impact on the multisport community.
USA Triathlon is asking Congress to include endurance sports race directors and coaches in this stimulus package, which includes, among other items, $425 billion to help distressed companies and a $367 billion small business loan program.
We expect an additional stimulus package in the coming weeks, so your outreach efforts will not only help influence the current bill, but will get our needs in front of Congress as they continue to develop new legislation.
USA Triathlon is committed to working on behalf of our industry, and as part of our pledge, we will continue to do everything in our power to help protect businesses, careers, and livelihoods from the adverse effects of COVID-19.

My Senators don’t give two f$@ks about the people that live in their state; they sure as hell don’t care about Triathlon.
