There was just a thread on IM Cozumel a day or so ago that covered this very topic.
Skin is slow. A higher quality tight fitting Tri-suit will be faster for swim and bike.
I am making this up, but might save you a minute combined in a sprint.

Most triathletes have a different idea of what's tight compared to swimmers... most so called tight tri stuff feels loose in the water...

I feel my B70 tri suit is pretty good, almost on par with the Pz3 ("x-FINA") swim skin
The DHB tri suit I have is more comfortable, covers shoulders but not as fast.
