Olaf Sabatschus is organizing 3 workshops between june 2nd and june 30th, 2005

Workshop #1 is targeted towards 1st IMers

Workshop #2 is for advanced IMers

Worskshop #3 is 'the calm before the storm' and will address 'what to do the few days before the race

Each workshop is 4 day long, including, swim practice and wetsuit testing (with Orca), bike practice, run technique, all this with Olaf and you will be able to pick his brain at will.
