Looking for some advice/reviews on Training Peaks plans for a full. I’m 23 years old, and am looking at doing two full IM next year. I’ve completed 3 in the past, but have struggled to put together a solid year due to injury. Most recently I pretty much destroyed my left knee (acl reconstruction) (also partially tore 4 other ligaments) and did a full 9 months later (even PRd).
I’m not sure I want to pay for one on one coaching, but looking for more structure than I currently have.
Does anyone have any recommendations on the Joe Friel/Matt Fitzgerald/etc. plans out there? Anyone go 10 hours or under on these plans? Feel free to recommend something completely different also.
