where are you? you are missing out an interesting argument I am having with Frank Day about CHO metabolism during IM racing. Or maybe it's not that interesting after all, just common physiology knowledge and I'm completely waisting my time. It's all happening over here -> Luke Bell wins 1/2 IM in 3hr 45 mins

You're wasting your time.

When you're talking about the performance gains possible with PC's you're talking science that not only hasn't been proven yet, it hasn't even been discovered or theorized. You just have to believe...

PC riders don't bonk. (or if they do, they simply didn't use them properly)
