I saw both IM champs registering at the expo this morning, it would be interesting to see what they both run fresh without a swim and bike.

There was a thread about this a week or so ago. I believe they are leading pace groups. No all out efforts for them.

I wouldn't except a tip top performance from Tim since he won't even be near the front and made his mark on SOMA. In fact, I will be surprised if Tim goes sub2h50.

Tim is only running a portion of the race as well not the entire marathon and it will be at an easy effort.
