Raelert, Llanos, Vanhoenacker...that is three dangerous people to be riding up front with a minute gap so far. All capable of running sub 2:45 here...

TJ Looks like he is riding back. Can he stay on the bike course if he drops out?

The coverage is good so far but it would be much easier to follow it if they had something like what Mika timing has for the races in Germany.

Who ever is updating the liveblog seems to have a lot more intel than the announcers. It's a good balance.

"We're all trying to figure out what Chris Lieto is doing - he's been sitting up in the group, shaking his head. All week long I've been predicting that he'll hammer back from Hawi and try and open up a gap"

Agreed, and they seem to always be dropping the info ahead of when the video gets to it.

They will probably pull his chip or number signifying that he is no longer in the race. He can stay on course as long as he does not interfere with the race and is making his way to the Transition area.

This SRM live telemetry is pretty cool. Just checked it out and Caitlin Snow was hitting 62 mph.

I think he needed to bide his time, stay in the pack, only take off with ~50 miles to go

Lieto needs a 20 minute lead over the fast runners to win.

Chrissie Wellington isn't in panic mode at all here right now, despite the fact that she's not dominating the race as we're used to seeing. She's only two minutes behind Mirinda Carfrae, who is probably the only woman who can run with her if she's healthy.

The SRM feed is in kph. Pretty sure she wasn't going 62 mph.
