2:03 on the swim, 9:32 on the bike, and mirinda took 23 sec back in transitions...

Has anyone seen Crowie? Does he have a aero helmet on?

I'm curious too. I thought she might make her way thru the bike field faster. It's certainly making the women's race more interesting than I was expecting it to be.

They say he's sick...getting medical attention!

according to twitter he's on the side of the road getting medical attention...not good. hope he's okay.

Carfrae took 22:40 out of her on the run, but that was Dibbens first marathon, and she did some walking... Who knows what she is prepared to do off the bike this year?

and as it looks right now, Julie is going to have more than 22 minutes on Carfrae, and Chrissie, out of T2...

This is pure speculation.

TJ might be suffering of overheating as a result of his helmet choice. The Casco Warp was designed for track sprinters and has very poor ventilation. I've never seen a track enduro wear one for that reason.

Also, he was probably riding out of his league.

She had some kind of injury. I'm not sure she'll finish
Steffen is riding faster than Dibens currently. If she gets 10' on Mirinda it could be interesting

it's the same toe that she's had problems with and caused her to pull out of vegas while leading

the twitter feed is reporting that TJ has dropped out of the race.

I can't see Chris Lieto winning this race by after leading the bike for 80 miles. I think he needed to bide his time, stay in the pack, only take off with ~50 miles to go
