I think if Crowie is feeling it, he goes for sub 8 race be damned. It would be an amazing statement, historic with all the fast times this year. Something that nobody thought would happen.
Brent DFRU - Detta Family Racing Unit...the kids like it and we all get out and after it...gotta keep the fam involved!
Definately a shot, but doesn't he have to follow his bike PR at Kona with his run PR at Kona? Not that it wont happen, but that formula doesn't happen a lot.
People are going to explode if he has the win in the bag with 5 miles to go and eases off , then misses the record. Styrrell
"Craig Alexander just rode a 4:24:05 - how's that for an improved bike? He's 13 minutes faster than he's gone here before." If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went. - Will Rogers
I have to leave in like an hour...right when it gets good. Is there going to be anywhere that I can see the live coverage on replay this evening when I get home?

On Alexander....26.2 is a long way. He's clearly a class runner, but there is a LONG way between here and the end. How much of that 13 minute bike PR is going to bite into his run? We'll see!
How about Dibens....nearly 24 minutes on the other favorites. That's nearly a minute/mile on the run. Can she withstand the pain and bring that home?
