I think you are early... Universal site, says 12 est, and the IMlive says 12:20est...

The race starts at 0630 Hawaii Standard Time (HST). When I went to the site, it stated the video feed would start 0620 HST. That means another ~40 minutes.

Would love to see Lieto have a FULL race and just go with the flow. Not crush the bike and hope to hold on.

Gee, I know there are some fast AG swimmers, but the pro women, at least the lead ones, are usually mixed in with some of the pro dudes. It's hard to imagine that there are AGers 15 minutes faster than the bulk of the pro women because that would put them in Andy Potts territory, no? Not saying you're wrong, maybe there are other reasons, perhaps keep the FOP AG men from affecting the women on the bike since that would require them to make up another 15 minutes.

That one threw me off as well, Hawaii doesn't observe Daylight Savings Time...

Yeah, I think it was more because of the bike than the run.

I'm just going off of stuff I've read on here though, so like I said I could be completely wrong.

Competition will begin shortly...

Let's be honest... it probably done because somehow WTC could make some more money by moving up the start time...

anyone having trouble with the volume being too low on the ironmanlive coverage? i've got my cpu's volume all the way up and can barely hear anything.

It's fine here. Bottom right on the video there is a volume tab will pop up if you go over it with the mouse - check that and see.

Has anyone ever won the 70.3 and world championship in the same year before?

The volume level and screen blow-up are at the bottom of the video on the right. I can barely see the knobs on my feed.

I had that as well. the second button from the right on the bottom of the screen is a hidden volume. Dick around with it to get it to the top
