I've been religious for the past number of months... Have done something "aerobic" 6 days a week for the past 5 months. Haven't had back to back day's off in the past 5 months even if it's just a 30 min Z1 run.
This past weekend, I decieded to take "off", even though it's been the nicest weekend of the year thus far... Today being Monday, it's my 3rd consective day of not exercising and I feel like complete shit... Like a mini-taper or somthing like that....
Looking forward to tomorrows workout to perk things up... and no... I don't feel as though I'm coming down with anything.
