Laure Manaudou fastest qualifier over 400m and 100m back? with very respectable times??? what happened?
we are used to that from Esposito (never at the olympics though) or from swimmers who swim in US universities...
Manaudou's been on a steady improvement for a while. Swam a very good 400 at European Championships.
If you're looking for a return to sort of normal, Malia Metella, who could turn out to be France's best swimmer in a long time, is a French Guiana import.
I knew about manaudou though...metella had a very avg. swim yesterday.
manaudou's time over 400m at the worlds last year in paris (SC), was 2'' slower than her qual time today LC...
quite an improvement!
Evans's record remains untouchable for the moment though...
well, she definitely can swim!!!
she won! i dont get how some swimmers will have 2 beat kick from start to finish not even bringing in 6 beat at the end....
