I have huge respect for her taking the year off. She will be a better athlete for it.

She has it on her bike - that's not on Welchy. I assume she means it in a cheeky self deprecating way - no-one complained about Dr Tommy.

Maybe it's just a professional nickname like Dr. Dre, Dr. J, and Doc Rivers.

General Question:

Anyone have any idea why Josh Cox's triathlon results are so slow? http://athlinks.com/racer/results/41201281

A pity there is no telemetry or a better way of showing pro positions as gets a bit confusing just relying on text updates and isolated bits of commentary.

Who is Josh Cox, other than commentating on this? Should he have faster results...although a 2h52 half-marathon and 1h07 10k is almost impossible to go that slow walking?

LOL Chrissy just said she had no idea what her watts are and had never used a powermeter, so much for ST gospel.

2:10 down at bike mile 30 doesn't sound too bad to me.

keeping tabs on Jacobs and proximity to Crowie. Right now 9 seconds behind Crowie. Would love to see them go head to head on the marathon

Might have been posted. Men who were on the right were pushed further right and ended up swimming into the paddle boarders by the first sighting buoy. It definitely had an impact on the early part of the swim...and maybe the rest. Most of the women seemed to start a bit more 'left' so didn't have the same issue.
