Uh oh. Matt just said that Rapp has been dropped off the back in the swim.

Looks like rapp is just off the lead group.

Got it streaming to the tv from the laptop, going to trainer it for a few hours watching.

GO RAPP!!!!!

Impressive.....the commentators managed to last 10 whole minutes before saying "You can't win the race in the swim, but........."....

kind of funny, the running commentary (text) with the feed says that Matt Lieto got dropped. Considering he's in a boat, that's some pretty fast swimming : )

Slight correction. Jordan is not off the back of the swim but instead has been gapped by the lead group. That's better.

With Jordan's game, wouldn't it be better for him to fall back 10-20m and get in the group? He's not going to stay on the feet of Potts or any of the other uber-fish, is he?

Still big main group behind potts, i expect the split will happen any second now, perhaps one guy will go with. Very bumpy, but no chop to speak of.

Potts now made the split with one guy, so the rest should be very happy and now recovering. Now is the time for the stragglers to get back on, or just catch their breaths, should be a steady swim into the finish now. Also looks like there could be a head current, so that makes it miles easier to sit on in swimming..

They may have had the head current already, looks like potts started heading back at 26;10, and from the high shot he looked alone. That is a very slow time, so we will see if they get any back with a tail current, or it is just one of those really bad side currents that hit you both ways.

I look forward to Michellie's comments and insights. I have learned a lot from listening to her race day commentary. Replacing her with a token model/athlete whose only role is to *look hot* and provide plugs for sponsors is an insult to us female athletes.

The least they could do is put her in a bathing suit and some high heels, and make her stand in the corner..Hopefully greg will get some real commentators later on to visit in the booth. We really need huddle and babbitt for some real dialogue and banter.
