It looks like Jordan has passed Alexander - the split times for 13.1 miles show Jordan at 7:05:44 race time and Alexander at 7:05:54.

Based on the Athlete Tracker Jordan went through 13.1 on the run 10 seconds ahead of Crowie. He ran that last 2.8 mi segment ~40 sec/mi faster than Crowie and 2 sec/mi faster than Jacobs.
