He was injured a lot of the year and couldn't validate

The Lieto brothers are very good. Just keep them for the long haul

IIRC the power numbers are used post race by the coaches to analyze and not viewed during the race by Macca.

Then, at 23 seconds we have Al-Sultan, Matthews and Alexander.

At 45 seconds is Luke Bell.

Kienle continues to move up - he's riding with Bockel, O'Donnel, Michael Raelert at 55 seconds.

At 1:15 we have Gambles, Henning and Zeebroek.

At 2:10 we have Bennett and Potts.

At 3:55 are Timo Bracht

At 4 minutes we have Andreas Raelert and Josh Rix.

And Macca? :-/

@ 2:54 - Driving out to hawi and macca is sitting up having been dropped by his training buddies.

@ 2:39 - Chris McCormack is now at 5:30 down, riding with a seven others.

Agreed, at least they have some sort of charisma and first-hand knowledge. The bloke who was commentating with Chrissie was a tad irritating.

Scott has to be very happy today.

Looks like the sleeves are textured (aero trips?) just like Tony Martin's BioRacer one from the TT Worlds.

Ribs visible through his skinsuit FFS!

Agreed. After watching the Lieto's both do coverage this year and last year, it's quite apparent that they take announcing seriously and they enjoy it. I've heard that at Matt Lieto has taken public speaking/broadcasting classes and the effort shows in his improvement this year compared to last year. It seems that since WTC is doing this in house they're pretty thin on announcing talent. So at times a "strong" analyst/color commentator is matched up with someone that sucks to compensate.

Terenzo yells his tweat's at his girlfriend / father as he goes by & they use his phone. Maybe Rapp did the same?

I like watching Kienle on the bike - he looks aero, yet comfortable and powerful.
