Just had to share. I know my training load is not as extreme compared to many, but I don't give myself slacker goals/loads either. Balancing training with family and work makes it very difficult to actually get all of the mileage in. 5 weeks in a row of hitting every target and currently not injured, don't feel mentally or physically fatigued, and feeling very motivated. Another 10 weeks of base/tempo, and it will be on to peaking time!
