Apologies in advance if this is not a reasonable/feasible matter, but I´d be interested to learn, if there is a test that can reveal a higher risk of SIPE.

Maybe testing for several of the underlying condition, to determine if an athlete is a higher risk of suffering SIPE during a triathlon swim.
