I'm pretty new on this site. I've seen references to TSR and figured out that it seems to be a retirement home for unneeded bike parts, hopefully a home where they'll see more use. I did a search and got an overwhelming number of hits. There must be other Slowtwitch newbies who are curious, and could use a single, simple post explaining what it is, how it works, etc.

TSR - Team Secondhand Racing started as a concept by Mr. Tibbs. It's basically a used parts exchange. People sometimes post parts available, some ask for parts. Record10Carbon has taken it upon himself to store any parts that people send to him.

Is there a master inventory posted somewhere, or is it just individual posts as needed? Is it in Classifieds? Or do I just box up all my stuff and send it to R10C? Or all the above?
