That's not normal.

First, rule out that there is anything obvious that is creating the clicking sound. If it sounds like it's coming from inside the trainer, take it back for refund / warranty fix.

I got the satori smart as a second trainer (for my wife). While a good trainer, the resistance profiles seem to be much HIGHER than the original Satori. ...It made the trainer virtually unrideable by my wife (I think it was around 180w at 14kph, which is pretty big power for a recreational, <100lbs female).

If you can, I'd highly recommend refunding it and getting the blue motion, which has a better resistance profile and is cheaper, or getting the vortex smart, which also has a much better resistance profile and can be had for ~$300 on-line
