Tacx Erg mode question...
Anyone else with a flux or neo, having issues in erg mode where if it says in TR that you should be pushing say 150 watts, but the flux keeps you up at 200 watts, won't bring it back down to the number it should?? New unit (flux S actually), firmware updated, using big ring and middle gear in back, calibration etc.).

Just to be clear, in the TR screen, the top power number that you are actually doing stays like 50 watts higher than the bottom number that shows what you should be doing..

Try using the small ring up front instead.

Like the previous poster suggested you need to use a smaller gear. I have a Flux and for anything less than 200 Watts at a reasonable cadence you need to be in a very small gear.

I would only recommend using the big ring if you are doing sprint intervals and need to put down big power.
