I could see how that would cause you to leave her off of your 1st. But seems a bit silly to leave her off your second list of ‘best triathletes.’ She has won 4 IM and 5 70.3 world championships in the past 6 seasons. Yet you have Jelle Geens who has won...what exactly?

I do not have a woman in the top 4 best triathletes in the world for a reason. Example Ann Haug came in 30th place overall at Kona 2019. Daniella came in 25th place overall at Kona 2018 and was beat by an age grouper male. Jelle Geens (who I think is racing incredibly well RIGHT NOW) would beat Daniella Ryf head to head, no problem.
I could break things down into groups, Men & Women. Others have done that here. I think that's the right thing to do if we are talking about "best". I put a woman at the top of the list for "Biggest Name" because that title does not have the same requirement.
Short Course Best Triathletes Male/Female right now:
Vincent Luis/Goergia Taylor-Brown
Best 70.3 Best Triathletes Male/Female right now:
Alistair Brownlee/Holly Lawrence
Ironman Best Triathletes Male/Female right now:
Jan Frodeno/Daniela Ryf
Picking Brownlee for 70.3 is a pure guess based on his breadth of training from short course to long course and his results at all of those levels. I was temped to pick someone like Rudy Von Berg who is specializing in 70.3.
