Swim-Bike : Using the trainer @ the pool
I never use my trainer cause it's soooo boring, but hatched this idea to setup a Swim-bike thingy. I used a padded case that I had for band gear. I was able to walk (even ride!) the bike and trainer from my place to the pool. Brought a U-lock just in case they wouldn't let me setup my "lawn chair". It's OK to bring in a chair, but not a chair with wheels :)

The sequence was race realistic, but a little softer. So swimming with others, jumping out and running to the bike. Riding the bike in the outdoor setting has enough distractions and chatting to make the bike-split go quickly.

Just have to work on better lock setup. Locking the bike to the trainer I think is good enough. Obviously then can run off of that for a full simulated tri.
