My brother is a health food nut. He was telling me about supergreens. Anyone take this? In what form? Anyone use powder in smoothies?

It's fairly good stuff - Berry Living Fuel saved my ass after my buddy and I had an ego and water fueled 100 miler with no money and no food which involved my buddy complaining about being cold in 85 degree and sunny weather.
green living fuel is also good stuff...
