For those of you who have used the Sufferfest triathlon plans, how do you find the run programs? Thanks.

In the pandemy I used the all in Plans. First the intermediate and then the advanced (no taper week between). I add some running volume with low intensity which works with the intermediate Plan very well. But with the advanced Plan I burned out in the second week. Could be due to the added running volume or the fact that I had no Brake between.
First I thought the running volume is to low, but at the moment I would say it is ok. You should do strength and yoga together with s-b-r. Thats the key in my opinion.
