Streaming-Free February? (Netflix, HBO, etc.)
Dry January has been easy for me, but a month without streaming would be much more difficult. Looking to keep my addictions in check this year and want to keep the healthy habits going. Anyone interested in joining?

EDIT: Referring to television streaming, not music!

Does this Spotify?

I could definitely do Netflix and YouTube, but my god, I’d lose my mind without music or podcasts.

This would wreck me. Netflix and Amazon Prime are my backup motivators to get on the trainer when I just don't feel like it. I am behind on many shows...

Does "no streaming" mean no visual input of ANY kind? Because I could easily just put on the TV and live with what's up there, without going to Netflix, HBOMax, Disney +, or anything else

Hell, I could just watch The Weather Channel and be fine with that

Why? There is nothing unhealthy about streaming TV services. Why not just keep the no drinking up?? Make it a rule that if you are streaming something you need to be working out as well? no streaming for "health" reasons seems ..............

My girlfriend and I were just talking about this. Learning to be bored on the trainer could be a useful skill

Why?

Some people just need Challenges - finish one, then on to the next

A lot of those take "Consecutive Days ________-ing" or "X Days out of Y Days" format [like 100/100]

Good luck & have fun, kenykj49
