I recently changed my tri bike to SRAM Red etap (bought it used) and everything shifts, but one input on the blip box (which happens to be on the brake lever for the rear derailleur to shift up) is noticeably slow to shift. If I hold the button (on the blip), it shifts, but typically two gears at once. The blip on the left (to shift down), works flawlessly. I bought a second set of blips just to make sure that wasn't the problem and sure enough, no change in behavior. Shifting up is slow and shifting down is instant and perfect.

Since you have to use both shifters to shift the front derailleur this is causing a problem as well. If I hold the buttons until it shifts, if will shift the front derailleur twice (for example up and then back down again...)

Any idea what is causing this? Any idea how to fix it?
