After a couple minutes of googling, there is a Windsor college connection from Lionel's xc days + current coach of training partner Corey Bellemore that seems likely.

Why did he put his bike in lane 1? Public track, he could have easily put it on the surface where the high jump is at.

Ha, the whole part of the video I was thinking about this... behind one of the goals there was a massive area where it could have gone. Lionel only thinking about Lionel.
