Well, they did not say that any of the bikes was not stiff enough. They just qouted the numbers, I know that Tour previously has considered BB stiffness as adequete around 90nm, especially for a TT bike where you do not sprint etc. So they probably think all where ok.

The P3C, Look 496 and Kouta Kalibur was praised as the best bikes for obtaining a streamlined TT position. P3C as a bike where the engineering showed that Cervelo took everything into consideration and all is optimised for aerodynamics and speed.

They where ridden and tested by the former German TT champ Uwe Peschel, who rode the bikes and commented the set-up and ride quality. Formal testing for stiffness and measurements was done in their lab.

I will go for the old P3SL myself, as i want the stiffest possible.

I went from a Kuota Kalibur to a Guru Crono and noticed right away that the Crono is signficantly stiffer (and more comfortable over bumps) than the Kuota.
