Have some really squeaky Sram 10 sp Red jockey wheels recently, when I pull them off/clean them...anyone know if a dry lube like Squirt or R&R gold should be used under the cap or a Phil Wood Waterproof like grease? What are the pros/cons of either & is there a wrong one to use?

Best bet is just replacing with sealed bearings, or just getting a new pair of jockey wheels.
If the bearings don't have a seal, you can use a polyurea-based grease like Phil Wood. Don't use a wax like Squirt; it is not for bearings.

Thanks. It's just a SRAM 10 sp RED. They aren't that $$ to replace. I'll get these--they're only $17 HERE.
