breakfast - all bran mixed with wheaties crunch, bagel, endurox.

am snack - banana, lots of coffee

lunch - subway tuna on wheat with oatmeal raisin cookie

pm snack - banana

dinner-??? I could really go for a stuffed spinach pizza! or chicken and grilled veggies? a beer would be good also.

Thats a good day. On Sat after the Galena Tri was cancelled I had a Culvers butter burger, shake, fries, cheese curds later in the day, and a burritto for dinner. There is alway one day in the week, mostly weekends or when im traveling that I lose focus on my diet.

Ooh...tell us about All One vitamin powder. More easily absorbed? Everything a chick triathlete needs? I used to take the liquid vitamins for absorbtion, but I've been lazy in my research and methods lately...

Yeah, the brick was not that bad at all really. It wasn't that long so I am sure that had a lot to do with it. Didn't really have to be though because I am only doing sprint tri's and open water swims along with 1 longish bike tour this year. Next year I plan to do 1 1/2 IM and if that goes well I will try a full IM the following year. Thanks for the kind words about my weight loss. I only mentioned it in my post to put my food intake into perspective. I eat differently than most folks I know, but oddly enough not all that differently from many of the folks on this board.
