Sports Drink?

Can someone please let me know what drinks are good for training and events. I am a first year tri guy and have been logging about 12-15 hours training, and doing mostly sprint events, first olympic distance in two weeks. I have been drinking mostly powerade, but heard it's crap. I have tried accelerade and I like it, but can only get it locally in powder form which I don't like. Thanks for the input.
