I need some opinion/advice regarding business related in triathlon.
My friend owns a smart trainer rental company that hes interested in selling it to me. We have talked about this last year and I told him that we'll revisit the idea a year later. He owns mostly computrainers and have them rented out to studios mainly all year round and some to individuals. With the recent news of Computrainers closing Im a bit concern with the future of this business. Things like parts and longevity of CT hardware.
Im not really sure what the right questions are but is it the right move to take over the business even though CT is no longer around?
