I went to Silver Diner yesterday to eat some pancakes after a nice cold 1:40 hour run. Temps were in the low teens during the run. When I finished, a big pancake breakfast was in order. Anyway while waiting in line therer was a TV showing old time groups, bands and yes even Elvis. One thing that struck me while watching was how nice people dressed back then. People had class.
Last night night’s half time show was a perfect example of how low bands have sunk. It is pretty sad IMO. Maybe I am getting old (38), but It really bugs me as to what has been happening in today's pop culture.
