I just saw a vertical bike rack on the back of an Amish buggy yesterday, and failed to take a picture. I have never wanted to go back in time more than right now to answer this post. (Funny thing is I have always lived in Amish country, so I see buggies and Amish folks on bikes all the time. First time I ever saw the combo.)

I use the same rack, but had to modify it for 14 foot ceilings. I am starting to think I can use a pulley to put another bike in the fourth position. ;-)
