I just got one on a new Javelin. I won't have it built up until the end of the week. It looks like a good post, giving you 4 different positions--1 slightly forward and 1 setback of what a straight post does, 1 slightly more set back than a post like the dura ace post, and 1 that is a pretty aggressive forward position.

The mechanism is pretty clever looking, but one of the adjustments requires an 8mm open ended wrench and not simply an allen wrench. The other requires a 5mm allen wrench.
