Ok so here's the issue. I have the opportunity to get a free scott plasma frame, size Medium. The only catch is, it has to be the medium frame. I ride a 56 road bike, have a 33 inch inseam, and am 5'11''. I realize that its only going to be your "best guess", but I'd at least like to call on the audience and get a survey. Thanks!

I'm about the same height, have a 32" inseam and ride a medium Plasma. Since you cut the seatpost it should be plenty *tall* enough. It's an absolutely awesome bike.

I ride a 60 cm road bike and and ride a large plasma.

BTW my wife's tri bike is a Plasma. I have ridden her bike a couple of times...sweet ride and light.

Get the frame, it's free, see if it fits. If it doesn't, sell it to someone on Classified's!?
