I am up working over in richmond this coming week but I am staying in san Rafael. Does anyone know where I can get a morning swim at?

there's a YMCA off of Smith Ranch/Lucas Valley Road. Go north on 101, go west at the Smith Ranch exit... take the very first left (about 100 yds east of 101)... the Y is 1/2 mile up that road.

How much is it? And is it open to the public for early AM swims? Just wondering since I have never been to a YMCA pool before.
