The University of San Francisco has a 50 meter pool that you can buy day passes for. I dont know the open swim hourse but you should give them a call. Be sure to ask when hours of the day it is set up in 50 and not 25 though.

You can swim at USF (University of San Francisco) Mon - Thu 6 AM - 2 PM, Fri - Sun all day. Usually, after 9 AM there are not that many people and you might get the whole lane to yourself.

They have a certain time for LCM, you should check at the front desk.
