My HR when running after a harder bike is consistently lower than it would be for a run without biking beforehand. For instance, this morning I did a Zwift race and then a 35' run afterwards and my HR for the run was an avg of 143. At the same pace without biking the HR would probably be closer to 150. Is there any sort of reason for this happening? This also happens for me in races as well - HR lower than it normally would be at a similar pace.
